Join this summer’s cooking class for an exciting week of learning about kitchen and food safety, a variety of cooking techniques, and sustainability in the kitchen. Come and show off your creativity through food!
Cost: $450 Early Bird. $525 after April 11, 2025
Ages: Rising 7th, 8th, & 9th Graders

Instructor: Emson Garcia
Emson is a young chef based in San Francisco. He studied Culinary Arts at CCSF and has since cooked in some of the best restaurants in the country, (Sorrel and Commis in the Bay Area, and Jean Georges in NYC). He has also spent some time in kitchens in both Tokyo (L'effervescence) and London (The Ledbury). Emson is excited for this opportunity to inspire young cooks to be great in the kitchen, whether it be at home or in a professional kitchen one day!
