Financial Aid for Commuter Transportation

Limited financial aid may be available for commuter transportation for the 2026-27 school year. As SHC already provides a significant subsidy for transportation costs, priority is given to families who secure their seats at the full subsidized rate. Should spots remain after August 1, 2026, aid may be awarded to families currently receiving significant need-based tuition assistance.

Please complete the transportation financial aid form to be considered. Applicants will be notified of their status via email on Tuesday, August 4, 2026.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation of service prior to the beginning of the school year will be entitled to a 50% refund of the fees paid. No refund will be considered once bus service has begun.

In the event that service needs to be modified or canceled due to a change in school schedule, families will receive a prorated refund at the conclusion of the school year, less a 10% administrative fee.

For further information about the transportation services above please contact Justin Marquez '14 at transportation@shcp.edu or 415.775.6626 ext. 867.
