SHC does not keep copies of diplomas.  To order transcripts, please login to your Parchment account (details below).  If you are having trouble accessing a Parchment account you've already created, please contact Parchment directly for assistance.  SHC registrar cannot assist with accessing your Parchment account.

Current Students

Current students may request transcripts through Parchment, SHC’s transcript processing service. Your Parchment account allows you to order your transcript at any time; please allow 2 business days for approval once your order has been placed. Note that transcripts do not include test scores such as the AP and SAT; you may contact the College Board or ACT to arrange for your scores to be sent to colleges.

Transcript Resources

In order to receive credit, a student who takes an approved on-line course during the summer must request that the online course provider submit official transcripts to the Registrar either by US mail or via e-mail to: registrar@shcp.edu by August 1.

Please call or email the Attendance Office at 415.775.6626 or attendance@shcp.edu to report an absence, tardy or early dismissal.

Log into your PowerSchool account to access your grades. Contact support@shcp.edu if you need help setting up your account.

Under the California School Immunization Law (California Health and Safety Code, Sections 120325-120375), children are required to receive certain immunizations in order to attend public and private elementary and secondary schools, child care centers, family day care homes, nursery schools, day nurseries and developmental centers. This law also requires schools, child care centers, and family child care homes to enforce immunization requirements, maintain immunization records of all children enrolled, and submit reports to the local health department.

Current seniors who plan to play a sport in college must register with the NCAA.NCAA Eligibility Presentation

Transcript Resources

The cost for replacement diplomas is currently between $60-$90 and processing/delivery time can be between 4-6 weeks. This process is completed through Josten's.

Please contact the registrar at registrar@shcp.edu with your request and provide the following information:

  • First and last name (as enrolled)
  • Year of graduation
  • Date of birth
