This big event is on Saturday, March 31, 2012, in the Student Life Center. In order to make this a smooth running and enjoyable event for all, we need many volunteers.
Plenty of times are available to fit all volunteer schedules. There are opportunities big and small so please sign up for as many different slots as you are able. Instructions on how to sign up are below.
Volunteers are needed for (but not limited to):
Week Prior to the Event, Tuesday (3/27) -Thursday (3/29): on call for pick-up and odds and ends
Friday (3/30): Silent Auction set up, decorations set up and table preparation
Saturday (3/31): morning and early afternoon: Silent Auction set up, decorations set up and table preparation
Night-Of-Event (3/31): Final set-up, ticket sellers, live auction spotters, raffle ticket sales, Silent Auction monitoring etc.
Sunday morning (4/1): final clean up and break down
