Drones and Coding

June 20-24, 2022 | 9 am-3 pm

Interested in Drones? Come join us on a week-long journey on analyzing the intricate part drones play on our society and the importance they have on our future. This workshop will focus on aeronautics, hardware, movement, photography, and most importantly coding for autonomous flight.

Cost: $395 Early Bird. $450 after April 15, 2022
Ages: Students entering 7th-9th grades in the fall of 2022

Instructor: Kenyatta Weathersby
Kenyatta Weathersby is a San Francisco native and currently a Professor of Mathematics and Statistics at Skyline Community College . He is a graduate of San Francisco State University, where he majored in Pure Mathematics. He later earned a Master’s degree in Statistics from California State University, East Bay. Mr. Weathersby enjoys mountain biking and snowboarding/skiing. He is dedicated to serving the Bay Area community through math.
