Cooking II (SOLD OUT)
July 8-12, 2024 | 9 am-3 pm
This cooking workshop will give students an opportunity to explore the variety of foods from around the world available to us right here in San Francisco. We will explore our favorite foods and discover the roots of various cultures here in our own city. We will venture out into the city everyday, learning how to shop for the ingredients for fun and creative dishes. Throughout our time, students will be introduced to menu planning, meal preparation, and how food creates community. This class will combine the exploration of various neighborhoods in the city as we focus on preparing a variety of delicious meals.
