Advanced Volleyball Academy (SOLD OUT)
July 15-19, 2024 | 9 am-3 pm
Fightin’ Irish Advanced Volleyball Academy will present instruction for boys and girls who are looking to hone their volleyball technique and refine their current skill sets. The Academy will focus on advanced techniques for more advanced players. Training will include:
- Slide and quick hitting
- Tempo setting
- Topspin and float jump serving
- Offensive and defensive system
