College Prep Begins Right Away
When Sacred Heart Cathedral students leave our care, they are prepared to pursue their passions and enjoy tremendous success. Every year, our graduating class enrolls in hundreds of colleges across the country, including the US News & World Report’s Top 10 National Universities. Stanford. Harvard. University of Chicago. University of California, Berkeley. These are just a few of the many outstanding colleges our students attend.
To prepare them for their future, our full-time staff of college advisors guides students, parents and guardians through the rigorous college search and college-application process with a caring, hands-on approach, starting from their frosh year to senior year. Students also have opportunities to meet with college representatives from around the country during our popular on-campus college fairs. “College representatives visiting our campus give our students another set of perspectives and options to consider. It is an opportunity for them to expand their knowledge base and to recognize that there are many colleges out there,” Director of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging and College Advisor Dr. Angelica Bailon said.
