This April SHC’s Inquiry & Innovation (I2) students visited Twitter headquarters here in San Francisco for a behind-the-scenes tour and extensive panel discussion led by senior engineering manager and SHC parent Kathleen Vignos (Josette ’19).

The panelists, a team of Twitter software engineers, answered student questions regarding the future of coding, the most relevant academic paths for pursuing a career in coding, and the importance of following your passions and interests in high school and beyond. I2 Director Liam Carey shares, "Our students had great questions about the role of Twitter in the current political environment and the importance of collaboration within engineering teams. The visit was an ideal opportunity as a significant number of our students are interested in coding."
