Date: January 24 Time: 12-5 pm Ages: Students in 7th & 8th Grades Instructors: VPA Directors Location: Sister Caroline Collins, DC, Theater

The Sacred Heart Cathedral Performing Arts Workshop is a one-day intensive for students in the 7th and 8th grades, designed to advance the skills of motivated performers in the areas of instrumental music, vocal technique and theatre. Beginner to advanced level performers are welcome (all instrumentalists are welcome but some experience is required). Students will hone their craft with SHC students and Performing Arts Directors to prepare for an end-of-the-day “Mock Audition” and performance onstage at our world-class Sister Caroline Collins, DC, Theater.

The schedule for the day is as follows: Noon-2 pm: Hone Your Craft 2-2:30 pm: Break (snacks will be provided) 2:30-4 pm: Audition Preparation 4-5 pm: Mock Auditions (parents and guests welcome)
